We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Magical Balloons. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or a related field.

The Strategic Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating new business leads. They will also develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, research and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities, and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 3 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. They will also possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
