Job Title: Senior Executive- Territory Sales
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive- Territory Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales volume and value achievement in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and monitor individual sales objectives on monthly/quarterly and annual basis;
- Prepare volume schemes and communicate them to distributors and retailers;
- Ensure NSV achievement in the territory as per budget by selling profitable/high-end brands and maintaining the right brand mix;
- Maintain overall distribution of the brands by ensuring availability of relevant SKUs and variants of the respective brands in the territory;
- Manage new product launches in the region with WOD and DOD;
- Execute merchandising and promotional programs as per state marketing strategies;
- Responsible for timely communication of promotional schemes to retailers and ensuring timely claim settlement of the schemes;
- Ensuring proper usage of brand and promotional elements and ensuring proper visibility and displays at retail outlets;
- Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the outlet;
- Execute marketing plans in the territory as per guidelines of the from state/regional marketing team while working within company policies, resources, and budgets;
- Engaging with marketing team for tie-up events and associations;
- Responsible for training, deployment, and evaluation of third-party employees;
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities;
- Show a proven track record of sales achievement and territory management;
- Have experience in developing and executing sales strategies;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior;
