  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Female Indian nationals with an Indian Passport, aged between 18 to 27 years.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Prior completion of 10+2 examination from a recognized Board or University.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Fluency and clarity in both English and Hindi speech.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Minimum height of 155 CM's with a proportionate weight according to BMI.
  • Appearance:
  • Positive body language and well-groomed appearance, with no visible tattoos while in uniform.
Requirements:
  • Attend the assessment day well-prepared with knowledge of the eligibility criteria, cabin crew profile, and the company.
  • Wear a half-sleeve shirt, a knee-length well-fitted skirt, and black stockings for the interview.
  • Bring 2 passport-size photographs, a soft copy, and 1 hard copy of your updated resume, along with photocopies of your 10th and 12th mark sheets, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Passport.
  • Ensure compliance with all DGCA regulations and maintain up-to-date licenses.
  • Follow all ethical practices, remain medically fit, and adhere to rest regulations for flying duties.
  • Be punctual for all roster guidelines and reporting times.
  • Stay knowledgeable about circulations, products, and services.
  • Fulfill all regulations on-time and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Comply with Service Level Agreements and adhere to best practices at all times.
  • Attend every flight briefing on time and share knowledge updates.
  • Report to flights on time and ensure the Aircraft is clean and fresh, with correct catering and complete safety checks.
  • Maintain a professional image and appear fresh at all times.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, be friendly, and show concern for customers.
  • Ensure customers are briefed on safety and security guidelines.
  • Be able to answer customer queries and share accurate information.
  • Follow guidelines and be prepared for emergencies at all times.
  • Confidently make announcements when required and display confidence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer delight, be people-centric, and showcase the best version of yourself.
  • Create WOW moments for customers and celebrate their journey together.
  • Display the highest standards in food and beverage handling and presentation.
  • Ensure all customers' demands are met, and provide special attention to passengers with special needs.

  • Monitor the cabin during and after service, and promote the airline as a brand.
