We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Partner Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Certification Management

  • Maintain and update the list of active certifications.
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.

Help Desk Management

  • Manage and triage help desk requests with Clients.
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.

Outbound Referrals & Co-Sell Support

  • Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.

Pipeline Identification & Attribution

  • Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
  • Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting (including follow-up 30+ days after deal closure).
  • Ensure accurate PAL and POR attribution once requirements are met.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Support preparation and execution of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBCs (Executive Briefings).
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
