Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity

This is a senior-level project management position where you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure successful project delivery.

The key responsibilities of this role include planning, executing, and closing technical projects using established methodologies (Agile, Scrum). You will define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

You will monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. It's also essential to identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Furthermore, you will manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

This position requires strong technical leadership skills, including collaborating with engineering teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure feasibility of project requirements. You must understand technical dependencies and constraints to make informed project decisions.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will facilitate technical discussions and help resolve complex technical challenges. You will also ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices. Lastly, you will oversee system integrations, deployments, and technical deliverables.

Key qualifications for this role include 12-15 years of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience into Project Management. You must have a strong understanding of Angular and .Net projects, as well as experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices are also essential. A PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Finally, you must have expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, risk management and mitigation experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
