MEP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the entire MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) scope of projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP work, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
  • Lead and manage MEP teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement quality assurance and control procedures for MEP work.
  • Participate in the selection and procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading large teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with ability to respond to changing project requirements.
