Project Lead - Telecom Projects

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled project lead to oversee large-scale telecom projects, with expertise in managing techno-commercial deliverables and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
  • Providing thought leadership on project deliverables, operations, and troubleshooting, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in leading large telecom projects, with a strong background in system integration, project management, or IT solution delivery.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects related to telecom, smart cities, advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), city surveillance, IoT, or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of various IoT solution architectures and customer use cases.
  • Experience with data centre technologies, including compute, storage, networking, DC/DR failover mechanisms, on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Relevant technical or professional qualifications, such as B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE or relevant work experience, CCNA/PMP/Cloud certifications a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MS Projects, or equivalent.
