Sales Training Specialist

At Birla Fertility & IVF (Unit of CK Birla Healthcare), we are seeking a skilled Sales Training Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with sales staff to identify areas for improvement, creating effective training programs, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create training curricula and estimate the budget required to create it.
  • Develop material required for training, such as outlines and handouts.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
  • Develop new approaches and techniques for improving training programs.
  • Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify issues they encountered during the process.
  • Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
  • Hire new sales force.
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and Sales Manager.
  • Maintain and update records of training material.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
  • Report on the impact of training programs, such as sales achieved.
Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Professional certifications in sales training, such as Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), are preferred.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design effective sales training programs and measure an employee's performance.
  • Outstanding coaching and sales skills.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
