Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at NIIT Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a rich experience of 5-10 years in handling B2B Sales, with a proven track record in sales enablement, channel partner management, or a similar role within a B2B environment.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, as well as project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

They will be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, and will have demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs and materials.

Additionally, the candidate will have good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, technology tools, and content development skills, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in international geographies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of training experience with 3+ years of coaching experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
