Business Development Specialist

Description:

The Business Development Specialist is a key role in driving growth and expansion for our organization. This position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role involves targeting new clients, expanding existing clientele, and identifying opportunities to generate business from current accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing concepts and be able to map key client requirements to develop effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in business development and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should also be tech-savvy and have a strong orientation to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Map key client requirements to develop effective solutions
  • Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure that solutions meet or exceed client expectations

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in business development
