Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Role: Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM across our organization.

The position will be responsible for driving digital adoption by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners.

  • Oversight of deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

   Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.

Stakeholder Management:

   Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.

System Configuration & Customization:

   Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.

Training, testing & Quality Assurance of HR Tech Products:

   Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training, and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Change Management and Digital Adoption:

   Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

   Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.

12+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems / Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms. Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).

Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.

Technical Skills:

Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.

Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.

High proficiency in Excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
