The successful implementation of the Client's HCM solution is the responsibility of the Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant. This consultant will provide product and implementation expertise. They will work with the client to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the solution. The consultant will take direction and provide status to the project manager assigned to their project.

  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.
  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of HCM Schemas data model, plsql.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS Cycles functional flows.
  • Knowledge of Finance is beneficial.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Familiar with the implementation process and able to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
