  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly outline project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Participate actively in the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and driving clarity throughout the implementation process.
  • Support configuration, testing, and validation efforts during the implementation phase, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of open communication and shared understanding.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards, providing transparency and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide ongoing support and analysis post-implementation as required, guaranteeing long-term success and satisfaction.

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective issue resolution and strategic decision-making.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and trust.
