Senior Data Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Manager to lead our data science and analytics hiring efforts for business growth and future capabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing procedures and policies, working closely with internal and external sources to screen, source, and fulfill hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
  • Recruitment Deliverables:
    • Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels – agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns targeting generic, niche, and super-niche skills.
    • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
    • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
    • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross-functional business partners.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency:
    • Evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
    • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
    • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
