About the Role:- Recruitment and Hiring Strategy
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Process
Develop and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and finalizing offers. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team structures.
Candidate Sourcing and EngagementBuild a robust candidate pipeline through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals. Develop effective communication strategies to engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employment Contracts and Policies Management- Contract Development and Compliance
Draft, update, and maintain employee contracts in compliance with UK and relevant local employment laws. Ensure all policies are current, legally compliant, and communicated clearly.
Policies Administration and GovernanceMaintain and revise the employee handbook and company policies. Handle queries related to HR policies, including leave, probation, working hours, and other employment matters.
Timesheet Management and Invoicing- Timesheet Submission and Monitoring
Implement and monitor a streamlined timesheet submission process for all employees and contractors. Ensure timely reminders, accuracy in submissions, and resolve any inconsistencies in logged hours.
Invoicing and Payments CoordinationCoordinate with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursals, contractor payments, and reimbursements. Maintain records of employee compensation, incentives, bonuses, and one-time payments.
Employee Engagement, Rewards, and Culture Development- Employee Experience and Engagement
Lead initiatives around employee engagement, including birthday and festival gifting, appreciation notes, and team bonding activities. Promote a culture of recognition and feedback by encouraging praise and appreciation across teams.
Bonus and Incentive ProgramsCoordinate bonus and incentive programs in alignment with performance evaluations and company goals.
Professional Development and Study Policy Administration- Study Leave and Reimbursement
Administer the company's study leave and exam reimbursement policy. Track certification attempts, submissions, leave taken for exams, and documents required for reimbursement eligibility.
Learning and Development InitiativesSupport learning and development initiatives and maintain a record of upskilling activities.
Onboarding and Exit Management- Structured Onboarding Process
Design and execute a structured onboarding process including welcome communication, documentation, access setup, and orientation. Ensure a consistent and positive new hire experience through checklists and timely coordination with IT and reporting managers.
Offboarding and SeparationConduct offboarding, including resignation acceptance, handover coordination, and exit interviews.
