The Global HR Transaction Management Specialist assists the HR team in managing and reporting on employee and payroll data. This includes working with employees, the HR team, as well as external vendors and government entities to ensure accurate data is provided.

This role involves transaction management, documentation, and reporting. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Global Employee Data Management: Process and manage all global employee data changes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps and KPIs.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain Global HRIS to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing ticketing systems, achieving high resolution rates, and possessing strong analytical skills and report generation capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Transactional Operations: Manage and process employee data changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Documented Processes: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps and KPIs.

Support and Service: Provide timely and effective support to employees and stakeholders, responding to global HR inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Administrative Tasks: Administer and maintain Global HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
