Job Title:

Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Technical Specialist with strong expertise in cloud-based HR solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support cloud-based HCM Extracts, integrations, and reporting solutions.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and APIs & Integration.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and secure data frameworks.
