CPQ Solution Architect

As a CPQ solution architect, you'll be part of a global team responsible for implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales, contracts, order management, and finance to understand current and future business processes.
  • Collaborate with IT architects to design scalable CPQ solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Document quote-to-cash workflows and system architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT testing efforts to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure solutions align with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
