Strategic Marketing Campaign Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven marketing campaign professional to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth, improve brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in marketing campaign management, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
