  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track meaningful performance metrics to measure success, informing data-driven decisions.
  • Resource Optimization: Monitor resource utilization, avoiding overallocation or underutilization to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Project Monitoring: Regularly review project status, ensuring timely completion and alignment with deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact, minimizing disruption to project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.

The ideal candidate will have 20-30 years of experience in Data Analytics, with expertise in areas such as Data & Analytics, Data Management, Cloud data migrations, Data Quality and Governance, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Data Ops, BI and Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning. A strong network of professionals and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and technologies are essential.
