Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our operations, build a strong team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for artisanal products and premium customer service.

About the Role
  • Lead store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishments
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager in luxury/fashion/footwear
  • Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets
  • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail setup
