We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in fashion, luxury retail, and customer service. He/She should be able to build and manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of the retail store.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
