- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of incident management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- CFE certification preferred but not necessary.
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in incident management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to travel as needed.
