Sales Development Representative

This is a remote opportunity to work as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SMARTe Inc. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SDR to join our dynamic sales team in international markets, particularly North America and Europe.
About the Role:
We require a skilled sales professional to generate and qualify new business opportunities for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and qualifying leads to schedule meetings for the Global Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products and articulate their value proposition to prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and sales ops teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the sales development team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably with SaaS products
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Extensive experience in international calling, particularly in North America and Europe
- Proficiency in using sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Klenty, and Outplay
- Experience with data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
