About the Role

  • Process Improvement: Drive and provide inputs for process improvements, executing engineering efficiency projects based on learning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and scaling complex systems both horizontally and vertically.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, taking ownership of delivery with a focus on consistency, quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Experience in managing multiple feature teams working on shipping multiple capabilities and features.
  • Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of data, metrics, and building models preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
