Senior Director of Operations

We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead our organization's strategic growth and expansion. The successful candidate will own the enterprise P&L, drive market expansion, build a predictable order book, and modernize manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Own end-to-end P&L management, including financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate long-cycle contracts, secure large orders, and establish partnerships.
Requirements
  • 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Proven track record of driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large multi-year contracts, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
