Job Title: Technical Director

About This Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled technical director to lead our engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies and be able to provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions architecture support and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist in technical implementations and occasionally contribute as a hands-on developer when required
  • Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency
  • Oversee development teams and ensure best practices and technical guidance
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices
  • Evaluate and implement design principles and architectural best practices
