About the Role

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer who wants to work on complex software projects and collaborate with a skilled team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and SQL, as well as experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering solutions for our product, working closely with the Technical Architect, Product design team, Quality Assurance, and other Software Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features within our product according to defined requirements
  • Evaluate and optimize code for performance in a SaaS environment
  • Browse front-end software using React/Javascript and backend model software using Ruby on Rails
  • Maintain existing application, resolve customer issues, and write unit tests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and ensure best customer solutions
  • Estimate, plan, and manage tasks as a developer in an Agile team
  • Document technical processes and changes when necessary
  • Protect confidential data and adhere to information security protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, as well as 3-9 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, SQL, and CI/CD technologies is essential. Experience with Azure and knowledge of SaaS application architecture and design are desirable.
