Business Associate Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, distributors and internal staff via various communication channels to provide exceptional customer service in the fields of industry, content and product consulting.

  • Support a diverse client base across multiple segments including investment banking, private equity, investment management, financial corporate and non-financial corporate industries.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new hires as a seasoned business associate after demonstrating expertise in best practices and product knowledge.
  • Provide suggestions for improving product usability, presentation and data quality.
  • Collaborate with senior associates on projects aimed at enhancing subject matter expertise.
  • Partner with clients to identify opportunities for template development and guide them through our template creation process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or finance and/or relevant work experience required.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas succinctly.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of the global economy and financial markets.
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing common computer software applications.
