Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive programme plans, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating open communication and influencing outcomes.
  • Manage programme risks, identifying and mitigating potential threats to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and QualificationsRequired Experience
  • Proven track record in programme management, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams.
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prince 2).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and mitigate risks.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in financial services or heavily regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
