Introduction:
This is a UK based Business Analyst role, to provide analysis to RFT IT, focussing on Front office pricing and market risk. The role will support strategic transformation projects as well as business demand as determined by the portfolion management prioritisation process. The role will be responsible for both business and data analysis required to support change delivery. Particular focus on ensuring change across different asset class in Rates, FX, Credit follow EOD standardisation guidelines. The joiner will become part of a high performing team, working on a well-established cross asset risk management platform. The role would involve strong analysis and joiner would be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and other regional development team members.

What will you be doing?
- Taking ownership of highly critical parts of the Macro delivery plan
- Accountable for ensuring the project delivers to committed timelines, and working to problem solve and mitigate any risks or issues that arise during delivery
- Accountable for regular project reporting and governance
- Responsibility for analysis of metrics and other project reporting requirements
- Responsible for preparing project updates, and other project governance

What we’re looking for:

- Degree level qualification
- Experience in Project Management for large complex projects, with understanding of high quality governance practices
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt approach to different levels of seniority as appropriate
- Ability to work collaboratively, influence and support teams through periods of change

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience in Investment Banking/Front Office technology delivery projects
- Experience working in large, complex organisations, delivering migration or change projects
- Experience in the change technology testing cycle, and an ability to forward plan and ensure smooth testing across multiple environments
