Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, parents, and students with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintaining visitor records, appointment schedules, and front office registers.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Handling courier, correspondence, and official documentation as required.
  • Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and reflects the school's ethos.
  • Providing administrative support to the school's leadership and staff when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with training in Office Administration/Front Office Management).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Pleasant personality with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist/front office executive in an educational institution or corporate setup will be an advantage.
