Job Title: Key Front Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for maintaining the front desk area in a presentable and well-organized state.

This includes ensuring all necessary materials are readily available, managing incoming calls, receiving and distributing mail, packages, and other correspondence. You will also be responsible for monitoring office supplies, placing orders as needed, and maintaining up-to-date records and files.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to answer questions, address complaints, and provide resolutions effectively.

You will have the opportunity to take on additional duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and scheduling. We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify areas where costs can be reduced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records and files
  • Work closely with team members and external partners
