Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to ensure quality, information security, and environmental compliance across our global locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality and information security management systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Maintain and improve quality and information security management systems according to industry standards.
  • Draft and review policies and procedures within these management systems.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for certifications and accreditations.
  • Investigate non-conforming work and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and SOC for security improvements and incident investigation.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on management system performance and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Our Compliance Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance strategy.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and reporting metrics to stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
