As a Risk and Controls professional, you will be involved in business process review, design and implementation, risk assessment, internal audit, and validation focusing on key risk areas. You should have strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

You should be able to contribute as a leader in client service delivery for Business Process Re-engineering, Revenue Assurance Reviews, SOX compliance or business process consulting. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Internal Audit assignments for the BFSI sector
  • Develop Risk Based Audit Plans
  • Prepare audit scope and work program
  • Support team in Fieldwork
  • Review team members' work
  • Prepare audit report
  • Discuss report with functional head
  • Finalize report and submit to senior management
  • Prepare audit committee presentation
  • Present audit results to pre-audit committee
  • Track and follow-up on audit recommendations
  • Lead projects within the team
  • Train new and existing team members on auditing and recent developments

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • CA, MBA or Any Graduate qualification
  • Ability to manage teams, perform reviews independently, interact with clients at all levels, handle deadlines, and communicate effectively
