Enterprise VMS Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day coordination of our enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screening candidates based on their must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period; running brief skills checks when required.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting resumes in the VMS; verifying documentation and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Coordinating interviews across time zones; confirming panels and logistics.
  • Maintaining live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitoring bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clearing blockers quickly.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume review, job description deconstruction, and candidate screening skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent availability within U.S. overlap hours.
