The Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management division, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high net worth relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in wealth management products, including debentures, alternative investment funds, and portfolio management services.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the private wealth management business.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
Requirements
  • Graduate or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with prior experience working in a private bank or wealth management setup.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, including debentures, alternative investment funds, and portfolio management services.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications, such as AMFI or NISM, are an advantage.
