Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager to join our team and serve as the co-captain in technology GTM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships to drive joint business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. You must be adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
