Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious sales professional who excels at converting qualified leads into loyal clients. You will be responsible for nurturing leads from our marketing channels (primarily Facebook ads) and proactively conducting cold outreach as needed. Beyond sales, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support, strengthening client relationships and retention.
- Proactively reach out to warm leads generated through Facebook Ads.
- Conduct effective cold calls to prospects when necessary.
- Schedule and lead meetings to explain our services, demonstrate value, and close sales.
- Cautiously communicate service benefits, pricing, and terms.
- Provide exceptional onboarding support and manage ongoing client relations.
- Address client queries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging renewals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within services, subscription-based products, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and ongoing support.
- Comfortable with proactive outreach, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred).
