Senior Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures using AWS-native services.
  • Strong expertise in data governance, security, access controls, and data lifecycle management is essential.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams, is critical to ensuring data solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design end-to-end data architectures leveraging AWS-native services such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  2. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and cost-optimized data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  3. Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, security protocols, and access controls.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, develop data integration strategies, and ensure seamless data flows.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the AWS ecosystem and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve data infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
  • Expertise in AWS-native services, including Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, access controls, and data lifecycle management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
