Key Job Responsibilities:

This position requires a Senior Manager with experience in the insurance industry.

  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of EB product offerings
    • Show proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing
    • Stay well-versed with different insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses
  • Research Oriented:
    • Capable of data mining to identify business opportunities
    • Conduct in-depth gap analysis for large proposals to meet various client needs while maintaining company profitability
    • Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports (QCR) along with useful insights for clients in a timely manner
  • Key Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to ensure competitive quotes are received on time
    • Regularly visit insurance companies to engage with different stakeholders
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting:
    • Enter RFQs and proposal details into the database
    • Generate reports for analysis (e.g., TAT adherence reports, Hit Ratio Analysis)
    • Share status updates with the Head – QMS
    • Provide information and documentation to auditors as required and resolve queries

Candidates with 5-8 years of experience in corporate relationship management or business solution provider experience from a service background are desired. The ability to manage diverse client cultures is essential.
