  • This matrix role involves working closely with various teams including Policy, Customer Experience, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.">
  • Key responsibilities include leading process simplification initiatives across lending operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience, monitoring and interpreting RBI circulars and regulatory updates impacting the lending business, ensuring timely dissemination and implementation, managing audit requirements, collaborating with frontline sales teams, and engaging with Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies.">
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RBI regulations and compliance requirements, proven experience in process re-engineering and operational risk management, excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to manage audits and regulatory interactions effectively, leadership experience with team management and mentoring capabilities, analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation, MBA from top B school, CA experience 12-15 years, and strong oral and written communication skills.">
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for working with different teams within the bank to better the product and create relevant MIS data to drive business objectives, being alert on competition products, gathering and analysis of market and competition data, and augmenting the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market.">
