Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will lead a high-performing team to drive the acquisition of unsecured business loans.
Strategies will be developed and executed to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Strong leadership qualities, deep understanding of SME/MSME lending landscape, and ability to develop business through direct and channel sales are required.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead and manage a sales team
- Identify and develop new sourcing channels
- Drive business growth through client acquisition
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular training sessions
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Any Graduate degree (MBA is an advantage)
- 3+ years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans or SME lending
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
