Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build and maintain relationships with businesses in the bakery industry
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Drive business growth through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the bakery industry or FMCG sales (experience in B2B is a plus)
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Strong market planning, research, and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of expense management and daily financial tracking
