As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in propelling our business towards 10x growth in the next two years.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the company's strategic vision and day-to-day operations
  • Conducting market and industry research to identify growth opportunities
  • Managing projects related to product development, marketing, and sales
  • Building relationships with investors, customers, and team members
  • Producing monthly reports with key metrics, financial results, and investor updates

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate effectively with the business
  • A willingness to get hands-on and be involved in the company's operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a similar role in a growth-stage startup managing new initiatives

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum based on location and qualifications.
