
Partner Ecosystem Development Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our partner ecosystem development for the Education sector in India, focusing on the K-12 segment.
- This high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of our products in the education market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with:
- Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
- Educational Publishers
- ICT Solution Providers
- Affordable Private School (APS) Chains
- Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
- Education Labs Suppliers
- Hardware Suppliers
- Other education solution providers for schools
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our footprint in the Indian education sector.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote our education offerings.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
You should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is essential.
