Job Description

Vivriti Capital seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to support its growth initiatives in the mid-market lending space.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Regional Head with initial proposal screening and case summary.
  • Operations management of the existing portfolio.
  • Acquiring new business in the Mid Corporate segment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Deepening share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.
  • Structuring facilities as per client and bank needs.
  • Acquiring new clients.
  • Building strong relationships with Promoters, CFOs, and Treasury heads.

Requirements:

  • MBA/CA with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong networks in the region of work across corporates and NBFCs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good technical understanding of finance, credit, and ratings.
  • Tenacious, hardworking, and results-oriented individual with strong work ethic and integrity.
