Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team.

  • Design, maintain and monitor complex infrastructure environments using Azure, AWS and Hyper-V Server.
  • Provide excellent user support addressing tickets in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Maintain Active Directory services ensuring secure and efficient operations.
  • Administer hybrid Active Directory environments for seamless integration.
  • Promote Microsoft 365 services to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Security team to implement robust security controls and best practices.
  • Document infrastructure services thoroughly ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Generate regular reports on server performance metrics including security and compliance data.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and mitigate them efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies and methodologies in system administration.
