\Job Title\

Local IT Manager responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems.

\\Key Responsibilities\

  • Define and manage IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.\
  • Perform tasks and instructions given by the Managing Director, aligning with group IT guidelines and policies.\
  • Oversee the IT and digitalization functions, including people and budgetary management.\
  • Provide IT support, guidance to IT Support Specialists, and resolve IT issues.\\
  • Plan and manage annual IT Infrastructure CAPEX/OPEX budget.\
  • Operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.\
  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, in line with group guidelines.\
  • Roll-out global IT initiatives, in alignment with the Global IT team.\
  • Manage purchasing, installation, and rollout processes for IT hardware in subsidiaries, in alignment with Global guidelines.\
  • Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.\
  • Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.\
  • Propose and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.\
  • Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, making recommendations for improvements as required.\
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with stakeholders to define IT infrastructure requirements.\
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead.\
  • Adapt and integrate group IT guidelines and policies into the region.\
  • Serve as a liaison between subsidiary business units and group business units and technical IT teams.\
  • Responsible for local/regional technical operations of IT solutions.\
  • Act as a local IT Security Manager by completing system audits and assessments, building awareness around information technology security and protection, and implementing IT risk mitigation measures.\
  • Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes, providing guidance and support to IT Support specialists.\
  • Define and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).\\
