**Chief Technology Officer - Innovation Leadership Role**

This position requires a highly skilled technology leader to drive innovation and growth in our company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development.

They will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, leading distributed teams, and ensuring that all technology efforts are aligned with customer and market needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
